Can I swap my mobile phone insurance to cover a new phone?
Yes, you can.
When you make a claim we'll ask for your IMEI number. We recommend you update your IMEI number in Membership Services (opens in a new window) so when you need to claim it will be quicker, however it doesn't matter if you haven't.
