My card-reader does not display 'ENTER NUMBER', what should I do?
After successfully entering the PIN for your card into the card-reader, it should display the message 'ENTER NUMBER'.
If your card-reader displays the message 'ENTER REF' or 'ENTER AMOUNT' you have pressed the card-readers' Sign button by mistake.
Should your card-reader display a 'SECURE CODE', having not yet entered the authorisation number from 'Step 4', then you have pressed the card-readers' Identify button by mistake.
Please remove your card from the reader and start the process again. When the card-reader displays the message 'SELECT FUNCTION', ensure you press the Respond button, which is the one with two arrows on it.
Alternatively you may be eligible to use your biometrics on your mobile app.
