My mobile activation code is alphabetic, is that correct?

As a security measure, the mobile banking app activation code is formed of 6 alphabetic characters (A-Z & a-z). This is not case sensitive.

The activation code will be sent by text message to the mobile phone number we hold on file for you. You will need to use this mobile activation code to complete your mobile banking app registration journey.
