If you want to change the account your Travel account is linked to, you'll need to close your Travel account and open a new one linked to your preferred current account.
If you're eligible for a Travel account, you'll see the tile for 'Travel account' under the 'Apply' tab. Tap on the tile and you can start the journey to opening a Travel account. You can leave the journey at any point by pressing the back button or 'Home' tab.
No, you're all set to use the same debit card that you use for your linked current account, and you don't need to do anything else.
This will need to be lifted to enable you to spend on your card.
You can update your personal details during the opening journey. After this you can update your details in the normal way either on the mobile app or on our website by clicking on your profile and selecting 'Manage personal details'.
A Travel account can only be opened on the mobile app and the account eligibility criteria can be found on our website. If experiencing technical difficulties, please try again later.
The Travel account can be closed in a few simple steps on your mobile app. Navigate to the account menu, select 'Close account' and you'll be taken through the steps. If your account is closing as part of an account switcher process, this will be done automatically for you.
If the current account chosen to link to the Travel account has an ATM/Cashline stop on it, this account won’t be visible in the app, and therefore neither will any linked Travel accounts.
