What is my travel insurance policy number?

Your policy number is your sort code followed by your account number.

This is also shown on the Certificate of Insurance that you can request by calling us or you can download it from the Allianz Assistance Hub (accessed through your Banking App or Online Banking).

Any upgrades you purchase will have their own unique policy ID which is shown in the confirmation email.
