How can I find when I took out my mortgage?

The start date of your mortgage will be the date you purchased your home or re-mortgaged to NatWest. You will usually find this date on your original mortgage paperwork, which we sent to you when you completed your mortgage with us.

If you are unable to find your mortgage paperwork, you can contact us using the details below and after answering a few security questions, we can provide you with your mortgage start date.
